Why we like it
Dran Sword is the face of Beyblade X aggression: the wide single blade hits like a truck, 3-60 keeps it nimble on the X-Celerator rail, and the Flat bit dishes out wild burst pressure without needing heavy mod work. It's exactly what you want when you need to steal tempo in the first round.
Launch & setup tips
- Angle a 10–15° bank so the Flat bit grips the rail before dropping into center—this keeps the KO line tight instead of skidding out.
- Delay your rip by half a beat if you're facing another attacker so you can counter-punch once they bounce back in.
- Pair it with the string launcher or UX grip for consistent RPM; weaker launches reduce self-KOs dramatically.
Upgrade paths + combos
- Swap 3-60 for 4-80 when you need a tad more stamina without sacrificing too much smash.
