Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at BuyBeyblades.com. We aim to make returns, exchanges and refunds as seamless as your initial purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To file a concern, send us a message at the contact us page. Returns and exchanges are allowed 14 days after your product has arrived according to the tracking information related to your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return at any point after you receive your product, however, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Send us a message and we'll take care of your return ASAP because we value your time as much as you do. We will send you a return label so that your return can be easy and hassle free. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Under no circumstance can the 1 Year Guarantee Program be refunded, but can be canceled anytime by contacting broken@buybeyblades.com or calling our customer service line. 

 

*If you are part of our Warranty program (monthly membership) your returns are extended to 60-days.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you opt for a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
